Zubair Khan, M.D.

Dr. Zubair Khan is the Vice President of Hospital Operations for Impact Physician Group. His work is characterized by a positive personality, detail oriented approach, and diligence with healthcare delivery to operate with a patient-centric model. He is exemplary of the dedicated physician who balances a thorough knowledge of other healthcare disciplines and works for an interdisciplinary best outcome for patients and the family unit.

Dr. Khan early demonstrated his passion for learning and achieved an advanced placement at San Diego Community College while still in high school. At age 21 he graduated Cum Laude from the six year medical-doctorate program at the American University of Antigua-School of Medicine, In his residency at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital Oakland [Michigan), he again distinguished himself by outstanding performance and communication skills and became Chief Resident. He is ideally suited to guiding new physicians and nurse practitioners who join Impact Physician Group. Dr. Zubair Khan is board certified by the American Board of Physician Specialties (AFPS).

As Vice President of Hospital Operations, he works with Impact Physician Group providers to maximize interdisciplinary care planning and medical practice to assure comprehensive patient services. This approach contributes to patient/family satisfaction and to reduction of hospital readmission rates below the national benchmark. Dr. Khan consistently role models teaching and analysis to improve the quality of care.

As a physician leader, Dr. Khan is dedicated to teaching and pioneering advances in the delivery of medical care so that patients and families enjoy optimal care.

In his personal time, Dr. Khan enjoys time with his wife and friends, US travel, and fitness activities.
