His experience includes hospital positions, consulting in public accounting and start up healthcare facilities in the post acute care sector. He is noted by his peers as a leader in building an ethical, forwarding looking business model which is regularly reviewed for compliance with all relevant standards.

Mr. Thompson is passionate about the provision of post acute care by highly qualified physicians and nurse practitioners.
In his role with Impact Physician Group, he assures timely and accurate financial information, forecasting and budget monitoring, cost containment and collaboration with the Impact Physician Group team. He also is responsible for all billing activities.
